Women in Business Trophy 2011: Results
A hundred of business women met this Wednesday September 21th at Preish to celebrate the 10th edition of the Women In Business Trophy. “Golf”, well-being, networking and business experiences were the main key words of this event.
The first price for Britta Borneff:
For this special edition, Britta Bornett was rewarded of the Women in Business trophy by Diane Muller-Kneip. The trophy was specially designed by the artist Laure Mackel.
Two categories tournament:
Christiane Schmit won the “Brut” award, 20 pts scored and received a special watch from the Hermès fashion house.
The “Net” award, 37 pts scored was won by Britta Borneff. She will enjoy an outstanding golf week-end at Château de Chailly, offered by Golf Planet Events.
Virginie Tierlot (35 pts) and Florence Labatut (35 pts) were the winners of the category 0-18.4, respectively 18.5-36, they will remember their success as they both won a replica of the trophy offered by Kneip Sa.
Highlight on the number “10”
A special price rewarded the 10th best player in Net for each category of the tournament.
Ms. Xenia Thomamüller and Agathe Chèvremont won “this exceptional price”.
An evening at the « Château »
This award ceremony toke place in a friendly and warm atmosphere, during a walking dinner prepared by the two famous Luxembourgish “chef”, Katel Guilloux and Léa Linster.
The walking dinner ceremony was offered by PwC Luxembourg.
2011 edition in aid of « Little Plus » association
Women in Business-Golf Trophy association made a 2000€ donation to “Little Plus” association. This donation was possible thanks to all the participants and the members.
“Little Plus” aims at supporting girls’ education in emerging countries and more specifically in Cambodia.
All participants already make an appointment for the 11th edition which will hold in September 2012.
2011 has been once again an outstanding event: sun, champagne and of course a great atmosphere.
